Terms and conditions

Last updated: August 2, 2026

By using WealthView (wealthview.co.in), you’re agreeing to the terms laid out below, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, the simplest option is to stop using the site.

1. What This Site Is

WealthView is an independent, individually-run blog covering personal finance, taxation, GST, and wealth management. Everything published here is meant to inform and educate, not to serve as a substitute for professional advice.

2. No Professional Advice

We say this a lot because it matters: nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It’s information and opinion. For anything that actually affects your money in a serious way, talk to someone qualified and licensed. See the Disclaimer for more on this.

3. Using Our Content

Articles, guides, graphics, and calculators on this site belong to WealthView unless we’ve credited someone else. You’re welcome to link to our content or quote a short excerpt, as long as you credit us and link back. What you can’t do is copy full articles and republish them elsewhere without asking first.

Some content curates or summarizes information from other sources. When that happens, we try to credit those sources directly in the article.

4. Comments

We like hearing from readers, so comments are open. A few ground rules: no defamatory content, no abuse, no spam, nothing illegal, and nothing that steps on someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to edit or remove comments without warning if they cross a line. And to be clear, comments reflect the views of whoever wrote them, not ours.

5. Affiliate Links and Ads

This site runs on a mix of affiliate links (Amazon, various financial platforms) and ads through Google AdSense, possibly other networks too. If you buy something or take a qualifying action through one of these links, we might earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We don’t control what ads get shown, and we’re not responsible for their content.

6. Accuracy

We try to keep things accurate and current, but tax laws and financial regulations shift often, sometimes faster than we can update every article. Always double check anything important against an official source, or better yet, a professional who deals with this stuff for a living.

7. Limitation of Liability

WealthView and whoever runs it won’t be held responsible for losses or damages, financial or otherwise, that come from using or relying on content published here.

8. External Links

We link to other sites sometimes for reference. Once you leave WealthView, we have no control over, and no responsibility for, what happens on those pages.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms can change without advance notice. If you keep using the site after an update, that counts as accepting the new version. Worth a glance now and then.

10. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of India.
